DISPATCH TIME
At TEGAL, dispatching customer orders in a prompt and timely manner is of the utmost importance. We aim for next-day dispatch on all customer orders during business days.
- Monday to Friday - If the payment is cleared before 10pm, your order will leave our warehouse on the next day. Or it will be dispatched in the following business day.
- Weekends/Public Holidays - Your parcel will be dispatched in the following business day.
Please note, during public holidays, sale or promotional periods, dispatch and delivery time may be delayed. During this time, please expect your parcel to be dispatched within two to three business days.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
You never know when you’re going to need a new charging cable, and we understand when you’re in a hurry.
If you need to put a rush on your purchase, we provide an ‘Express Shipping’ option for an extra $15 at checkout for orders within Australia. For other requirements please input your comments on the checkout page and this will let our friendly Customer Care team know your demands.
Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping on international orders.
For orders within Australia, all purchases over $49 receive free shipping.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every TEGAL purchase is supplied with a tracking number via email. To track your order, enter this number into the Australia Post website here.
If you did not receive a tracking number or you are having difficulties tracking your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team by sending a message via our Live Chat feature (9am-6pm AEST, 7 days), or by emailing admin@tegal.com.au.
LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
Ensuring all parcels are delivered safely to our customers is a priority for TEGAL. If you believe that your parcel has been lost or stolen, please double-check your tracking number and your parcel’s status before contacting our Customer Care team.
During busy periods such as Christmas and promotional periods, please allow a few extra days for your purchase to arrive as dispatch may have been delayed.
